Online Teenage Courses

We offer two online teenage driver's ed options:

Option 1 - Instructor led program. This is a self paced online classroom portion with the state required drive times and observation hours done at Maverick. The student is eligilbe to get their permit after the online portion is complete. The cost is $350 (plus $10 fee to Schedule 2 Drive website for scheduling drive times).

Option 2 - Parent led program. The same self paced online classroom program but all of the state required drive times are done with the parent. The cost is $150.  This will also include a practice DPS road test that the student can take at Maverick. If you choose at a later time to switch from parent led to instructor led driver's ed, the $150 will go towards the price of the instructor led option but the practice DPS Road Test will no longer be included, since that is covered in the instructor led drive times. There is a $20 fee the parent has to pay to the state for a driver's license check to be eligible to teach.
